CANCELLATION POLICYWe understand that life changes and sometimes subscriptions need to be canceled. While we are always sad to see a subscriber go, you are always welcome to return to Mixed Tape Culture.MANAGING OR CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONYou may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe is our secure third-party billing partner and the platform used when you initially sign up for your subscription.Through the customer portal, you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method, review your billing information, and access your invoices and payment history.Canceling your subscription will stop all future renewals.ORDERS ALREADY PROCESSEDOnce your subscription payment has been processed, your cassette time capsule immediately enters our preparation and production process. Monthly orders are prepared and shipped together as part of that month’s bulk shipment.Because production begins as soon as payment is received, charges that have already been processed are nonrefundable.If your payment has already been processed when you cancel, you will still receive the cassette time capsule associated with that payment.
